Return and Refund Policy

Returns/Refunds -Our policy is that we do not accept returns or refunds on purchased products due to health regulations. If you have an issue with our product, please message us. We cannot accept returns on food items as we make everything specifically per order. We will do our best to rectify any issues. If you have not received your order, you must contact your local post office. You might want to check with your neighbors too. Once we ship your order we have no control over shipping or when you receive your order. We follow all procedures for shipping in the manner that you paid for, or if you received free shipping, we ship ground. We cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery errors. You will receive 2 tracking notifications after your order has shipped. We can do our best to help you with this process.

Cancellations of Order - Any order placed and canceled within 24 hours is accepted. After 24 hours, we will charge 40% per item as all orders are special orders—shipping charges, if any will also be fully refunded.
